Daybed No. 115, inspired by classic Danish furniture design and simplicity, features a base of solid wood with an upholstered cushion. The daybed appears to float above the legs, while the cushion enhances comfort and relaxation. The key word around the design is quality, comfort and simplicity. The hand-sewn buttons on the cushion create a simple square pattern and highlights the daybed’s geometric form.

The daybed is available in four sizes with an 8 cm. single-sided cushion made of a mix of cold foam, Waterlily® foam and fibre wadding; A form stable and environmentally friendly cushion with high elastic properties, which makes it a good choice for a comfortable daybed, but also an extra bed for overnight guests. Daybed base is also available as bedframe (BPS117).

Because of the many upholstering possibilities, the BPS115 daybed will fit perfectly into both private homes and public spaces. Daybed No. 115 was designed in 2015 by Anders Hay and taps into the essence of Danish Modern with its clean lines, functional design and expert craftsmanship.

Every piece is made in Denmark and individually numbered on final assembly.

Bernh. Pedersen & Søn, a Danish furniture maker, has a long and strong tradition in furniture and cabinetmaking stretching all the way back to the company’s start in 1902. Through three generations the family firm has created and sold classic Danish furniture to many parts of the world.
